I don’t have one particular favorite theme, as I also design my own. But I think Woo Themes NewsPress (?) is a good one, and checking out Elegant Themes I found Bold Who’s Who which I really liked.

Here’s the deal: I’m a big fan of texture. Whether texture is a main or subtle feature in a web design is not a major factor. I just love texture. On that note, my three favorite designs of the Elegant Themes collection are the:
Bold Theme – The color, texture, and the cloud characteristics on the top and bottom of the page give the theme a slight vintage/grunge touch.
eBusiness Theme – I love the burnt orange header with the stitched-lining border! The colors and cracked-ground texture work perfectly for this theme.
Coldstone Theme – This theme would be perfect for me. As a freelance writer and website designer, I want to show myself as being a professional and creative person; this theme is exactly that. The textures are beautiful and noticeable without being overpowering. I also like the tan and gray navigation bars.
Great themes, suitable for many different purposes.
