Screencast: How to Create Glowing Light Effects Using Photoshop Brushes
I frequently receive requests from readers asking how I create the glowing effects that you’ve all seen as the preview images for some of the light effect brushes on this website. That is because if you download one of those sets and try to use them with the default settings, the effect won’t look as nice as the examples you have seen.
