Subscribe to These Excellent Design-Related RSS Feeds
Last year, I published an article that listed some of my favorite websites to subscribe to using RSS. That article quickly became one of the most popular articles on this site; making it to the front page of Digg. As a result, most of the sites listed in that article saw an almost instant jump in their number of RSS subscriptions. As time went by however, I realized that it was time to update that list. That is why today, I am publishing an updated list of 30 excellent design-related RSS feeds to subscribe to.
One of the biggest complaints from my last post was that there were simply too many RSS feeds listed and that it was a bit overwhelming. With that in mind, I decided to keep this list down to a more manageable number. If your website, however, was left off the list, please feel free to add it in the comments.

Great list. Though we are missing from it.

Nice collection of some excellent web/graphic design related blogs.
Logically I can only recommend to subscribe as well to the DesignLovr RSS Feed, but that’s most probably as well a matter of personal taste and preferences.

Excellent list Grant. I’m already subscribed to all these sites already.
By the way, thank you so much for including Design Informer. I’m honored to be on this list. Thanks for compiling this list so it will be a lot easier for newer designers to choose which blogs to subscribe to.

Wow i’m overwhelmed to be featured on the list among some amazing design blogs. It’s good to see Design Informer among the list because its one of my favourite design blogs and I’m not sure a lot of people know about it yet because its a new blog.
Great list of sites here. I had already subscribed to all of them with the exception of The Die Line…must check that one out.
Design Informer and The Design Cubicle are two of my favorites and are “must subscribes” in my opinion.
Fingers crossed this post makes the front page of digg as well!
Dugg! :)

Thanks for the list Grant…I am subscribed to most of these but there are a few that will be added to my RSS feed. Also thanks for the interview last week (http://resourcehive.com/2010/03/01/conversation-on-monday-grant-friedman-colorburned/) I had a lot of fun and enjoyed your insights!
A great collection of RSS feeds to subscribe to – I think I’ve now subscribed to all 30! This has really inspired me to develop my blogging.
All of these are excellent. Design Informer and CSS Tricks are two of my favs (as is Colorburned, of course). I’ll add my feed to the list as it’s along the same lines as all of these, just a little newer: Visual Swirl feed
Thanks!

I know many of these sites very well, they’re all so uniquely informative as well..can’t wait one day to join myself to these lists! :)

Great picks! It’s good to also see that I’ve had more than a handful of these links as well :)
These are some of my favorites, too. Could someone please explain how to do the thing with the opml file. I subscribe to RSS feeds via e-mail.
Thank you!

Great list, thanks, but you have a “-” at the beginning of your zip .opml file who makes it impossible to import directly.
Thanks Boddhi, should be fixed now. Please let me know.

Still happens. Maybe a problem with your opml export program.
@ everybody : to fix it open the file with your text editor, remove the first”-”, save and close.
Now you can import the file in your favourite rss feed reader. (it works for me with sage)
I think you should also provide readers with twitter accounts of the sites, that will really be helpful
Sid
Very good selection, the websites on this list are the best of the best.
I would suggest the Nick La’s site Web Designer Wall (http://www.webdesignerwall.com) and the very (very) recent design related social media site: Digzign (http://digzign.com).
Disclaimer: I’m the developer and web designer of the Digzign project, but I believe it wont waste your time. :)
I’ve been following all of these for a while but I wanted to say kudos for providing an OPML file. Way more useful than just a list of sites.
I finally figured out how to import the opml file, but, I keep getting an error. Oh, well. Thanks anyway!
Nice thought!
